“A Greener, fairer and thriving St Helier, where people feel welcome, included and proud to belong.” |

St Helier is my home. My daughter plays in these streets and parks. I shop in our markets, walk our neighbourhoods, and care deeply about every corner of our Parish.
For seven years I have had the privilege of serving you as your Deputy. First in Districts 3 & 4, then in St Helier North. Everything I have done has brought me to this moment. I am ready to take the next step and become your Constable, building on a record of delivery, strong partnerships, and a deep understanding of our community.
What I have learned, more than anything, is this: St Helier’s greatest asset is its people. The volunteers, the youth workers, the neighbours who look out for one another. This community already has the spirit and deserves a Constable who will support it, invest in it, and help it thrive
Our town is the heart of Jersey. St Helier must be a place where families put down roots, teenagers belong, young professionals build their future, older residents remain valued and businesses thrive.
My vision for St Helier is clear: a confident, connected Capital with strong communities, where every neighbourhood thrives and all residents help shape decisions.
I bring more than 27 years of leadership experience in business and public life. What you told me at drop-in sessions, conversations and the community survey has shaped every page of this manifesto. As your Constable I will provide strong, collaborative leadership for our Parish with a clear focus on delivery, care, and a true sense of being a Mother of the Parish
Your vote really does matter and I ask for your trust so I can continue serving St Helier.
Yours, Inna Gardiner M.Sc.
Experienced. Independent. Committed.
